Matcha Cherry
Tart and juicy cherries compliment the unique flavor of certified organic matcha powder. A matcha glaze and freeze dried cherry decorations add a welcome sweetness, which rounds off each bite into something none other than perfect. This recipe contains ground almonds, which helps ensure the baked cake is exceptionally moist and luscious.
Allergens
This cake is suitable for vegans, just use your favorite dairy free butter/oil and milk. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Spiced Carrot Cake
This kit creates a very sticky carrot cake that is gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The recipe includes dried currants to add an extra burst of tart sweetness to each bite. Top it all off with classic cream cheese icing and an organic salted caramel to drizzle.
