Founded by Jordan Rondel, The Caker® is known for its premium ingredients and distinctive cake flavours. Each kit includes the ingredients and decorations needed to create a special cake at home, along with a non-stick cake pan liner. No special equipment is needed.

Matcha Cherry
Tart and juicy cherries compliment the unique flavor of certified organic matcha powder. A matcha glaze and freeze dried cherry decorations add a welcome sweetness, which rounds off each bite into something none other than perfect. This recipe contains ground almonds, which helps ensure the baked cake is exceptionally moist and luscious.

Allergens
This cake is suitable for vegans, just use your favorite dairy free butter/oil and milk. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Organic Powdered Sugar, Blanched Ground Almond Meal, Baking Powder, Organic Matcha Powder, Freeze-Dried Cherries, Salt.

Spiced Carrot with Salted Caramel
This kit creates a very sticky carrot cake that is gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The recipe includes dried currants to add an extra burst of tart sweetness to each bite. Top it all off with classic cream cheese icing and an organic salted caramel to drizzle.

Allergens
This cake cannot be made vegan. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and therefore is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

The most decadent, fudge-like chocolate cake ever - and it's gluten free! The quality of the chocolate is the key to this cake’s glorious richness, so inside the box you'll find the exact same chocolate used in The Caker's Auckland and Los Angeles cakeries. A touch of edible 24k gold leaf pressed onto the top of your cake makes it even more lavish.

This kit cannot be made Vegan. This kit is Gluten Free. Please note however, these kits are packed in an environment that also processes other ingredients, so while the utmost care is taken, there is always a chance of cross contamination with allergens. The Caker does not recommend their cakes to those with severe gluten allergies or intolerances, as there is always the tiniest chance of traces.

This time-honoured art of vanilla extraction is a process which creates some serious vanilla flavours that cut through and linger long after the last bite. And this cake kit really lets those vanilla notes sing...
