The Caker® Cake Kits
Make your own bakery quality cake at home with this luxury kit from cult cake brand The Caker.

Jordan Rondel, founder of cult cake brand The Caker, has chosen some of her favourite recipes to turn into luxury cake kits. 

The kits contain the same quality ingredients used in The Caker’s Auckland and LA bakeries.

Simple to make with no special equipment needed, the kits come complete with decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner.

Flavor notes:

Matcha Cherry
Tart and juicy cherries compliment the unique flavor of certified organic matcha powder. A matcha glaze and freeze dried cherry decorations add a welcome sweetness, which rounds off each bite into something none other than perfect. This recipe contains ground almonds, which helps ensure the baked cake is exceptionally moist and luscious.

Allergens
This cake is suitable for vegans, just use your favorite dairy free butter/oil and milk. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Organic Powdered Sugar, Blanched Ground Almond Meal, Baking Powder, Organic Matcha Powder, Freeze-Dried Cherries, Salt.

Spiced Carrot Cake
This kit creates a very sticky carrot cake that is gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The recipe includes dried currants to add an extra burst of tart sweetness to each bite. Top it all off with classic cream cheese icing and an organic salted caramel to drizzle.

Allergens
This cake cannot be made vegan. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and therefore is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

This kit cannot be made Vegan. This kit is Gluten Free. Please note however, these kits are packed in an environment that also processes other ingredients, so while the utmost care is taken, there is always a chance of cross contamination with allergens. The Caker does not recommend their cakes to those with severe gluten allergies or intolerances, as there is always the tiniest chance of traces.

A Double Vanilla Sprinkle Cake Kit with Heilala Vanilla. Heilala because, unlike a lot of vanilla products, it’s cold-pressed. This time-honoured art of vanilla extraction is a process which creates some serious vanilla flavours that cut through and linger long after the last bite. And this cake kit really lets those vanilla notes sing...
