Want to bake a fabulous cake without starting from scratch? The Caker® Cake Kits make it easier to create a beautiful, delicious cake at home, whether you're an experienced baker or trying something new.

Founded by Jordan Rondel, The Caker is known for distinctive flavours and quality ingredients inspired by its Auckland and Los Angeles bakeries.

Each kit includes the measured dry ingredients, decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner. Simply add the required wet ingredients, follow the instructions and enjoy creating a cake to share. No special baking equipment is needed.

Matcha Cherry

A distinctive combination of certified organic matcha and tart, juicy cherries. The cake has a moist texture from ground almonds and is finished with matcha glaze and freeze-dried cherry decorations.

Dietary information: Suitable for vegans when made with dairy-free butter or oil and plant-based milk. Contains almonds and wheat. Not suitable for people with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, cane sugar, organic powdered sugar, blanched ground almond meal, baking powder, organic matcha powder, freeze-dried cherries and salt.

Spiced Carrot Cake

A moist, sticky carrot cake with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Dried currants add tart sweetness, while cream cheese icing and organic salted caramel bring a rich, indulgent finish.

Dietary information: Contains almonds, wheat and dairy. Cannot be made vegan. Not suitable for people with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients: Brown sugar, icing sugar (sugar, tapioca starch), wheat flour, caramel (12%) (organic cream (milk), organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, organic butter (organic cream, salt), organic vanilla extract, sea salt), ground almonds, dried currants, cinnamon, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch), nutmeg, ginger, salt and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).

Lemon Strawberry Cake

A moist, not-too-sweet cake combining bright lemon with fruity strawberry flavour. Light and fragrant, it's a lovely choice for a fresh, summery baking treat.

Dietary information: Vegan friendly when made with suitable dairy-free butter or oil and plant-based milk. Check the kit packaging for the full ingredient and allergen information.

Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Caster Sugar, Icing Sugar (Sugar, Tapioca starch), Blanched Almond Meal, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch), Freeze-Dried Strawberry Slices (0.8%), Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder (0.7%), Salt.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Rich, fudgy and deeply chocolatey, this flourless cake is made with 72% Callebaut chocolate and Dutch cocoa powder. Edible 24-carat gold leaf adds an elegant finishing touch.

Dietary information: Gluten-free recipe, but contains almonds and cannot be made vegan. The Caker advises against this kit for people with severe gluten allergies or intolerances because of possible cross-contamination during packing.

Ingredients: 72% Callebaut chocolate callets, cane sugar, blanched almond meal, Dutch cocoa powder and edible gold leaf.

Double Vanilla Sprinkle

A classic vanilla cake elevated with Heilala vanilla and colourful rainbow sprinkles. A cheerful choice for birthdays, celebrations and anyone who loves a beautifully made vanilla cake.

Dietary information: Contains wheat, gluten, almonds and soy. Contains less than 1% alcohol by volume.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, caster sugar, icing sugar (sugar, tapioca starch), blanched ground almonds, rainbow sprinkles (sugar, maize starch, vegetable fat (palm kernel), glucose emulsifier (322, soy lecithin), colours 100, 110, 122, 124 and 133), baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch), pure vanilla paste (vanilla extract (water, alcohol, vanilla extractives), vanilla seeds, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum)), alcohol-free vanilla paste (vanilla extract (glycerine, water, vanilla extractives), vanilla seeds, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum)) and salt.

Coconut Raspberry Lime Leaf

A fruity, coconut-rich cake with a light, lamington-inspired character. Tart raspberries and tropical coconut are complemented by lime leaf powder, while a sachet of Fresh-As raspberry crumble adds texture and a colourful finishing touch.

Dietary information: Vegan friendly when made with suitable dairy-free butter or oil and plant-based milk. Contains almonds, wheat and sulphites. Not suitable for people with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached wheat flour, dried coconut (coconut, sulphites) (22%), icing sugar, caster sugar, ground almonds, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch), freeze-dried raspberries (1%), ground lime leaf (0.4%) and salt.
